AXN broke into the top 1,000 of the Inc. 5000, and the team was named one of the industry’s Best Places to Work by PCT. Breaking into the Inc. 5000 top 1,000
The Inc. 5000 is Inc. magazine’s yearly list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. Making the list is hard. Cracking the top 1,000 is harder.
In 2026, AXN Growth Partners came in at No. 991. That’s the high point of a three-year climb: it started with ACTION Termite & Pest Control at No. 4,870 in 2024, moved to No. 3,466 in 2025, and reached the top thousand this year. Along the way, ACTION grew into AXN, a platform built around strong local pest control businesses, Affordable Pest Control included.

Named a 2026 Best Place to Work by PCT
The second honor comes from PCT, short for Pest Control Technology, the trade magazine our industry has read since 1980. Its Best Places to Work program isn’t a paid placement, and it isn’t a popularity contest. It’s a research-driven award run by an independent firm, Best Companies Group.
To make the list, leadership fills out a detailed questionnaire, and every employee weighs in through an honest, confidential survey. Both are required. So this one came straight from the people doing the work, which is the part that means the most.
How “affordable, not cheap” actually works
Here’s why these awards matter to you, and not just to us. There’s a real difference between affordable and cheap, and it comes down to whether a company is built to last.
